Hot-Listings.com's parent company Adkey was started in 1995, by Steve Haase, who has several years of educational and executive management experience in Marketing and Programming as a Vice-President at the corporate level. Steve also holds a college degree in Marketing and Business Management. In 1998, Adkey was contracted and funded by AOL to provide custom website services to the real estate industry. After a year the site was moved online, independent of AOL, and Hot-Listings.com was born.
